Your schedule and pay stay on your phone
Yuplan doesn’t keep a copy of your shifts, rates or paychecks on a server. There are no ads and nothing is sold. Read the privacy policy.

Questions nurses ask first
Is Yuplan free?
Yes. There’s nothing to buy and no ads.
Does it replace my official timecard or pay stub?
No. Yuplan estimates your pay so you can check your stub and plan ahead. Your employer’s timekeeping system and pay stub are the official record.
How accurate is the pay estimate?
It applies overtime past 12 hours a shift and 40 a week, your differentials, stand-by and call-back rates, and 2026 federal and state tax tables. Local taxes and some credits aren’t included. If your stub differs, enter your actual paycheck and Yuplan tracks that instead.
Does it work for my hospital and contract?
Any hospital works: you enter your own rates and shift times. Kaiser Permanente Oregon RN contract rates fill in automatically, and Kaiser’s consecutive-shift rule for nights and days is built in.
I’m not a nurse. Can I use it?
Yes. Pick your role (RN, LPN, NP, PA, MD, CNA, tech, RT or your own) and save your own shift times.
Will the break alarm ring when my phone is locked?
Yuplan rings and sends a phone notification when a break ends. A phone can pause a web app once it’s locked, so keep Yuplan open with the screen on during a break, or add the backup alert to your calendar.
Where is my data, and how do I move to a new phone?
Your schedule and pay settings are saved on the phone you entered them on. Your account brings your name and email to a new phone. Syncing schedules between devices isn’t available yet.
